This course is offered as an online course, as well as an In-Class course.

Course Description:
The Basic Harmony course will carry on from the Introductory Harmony (although not a requirement to take this course).
This course makes use of online resources, powerpoint, and handouts to minimize the overall cost. Internet access is required for this course. Please note that students may be required to download and print off scores and handouts (posted on the studio website). This course will use the course website for online quizzes, tests and reviews, as well as handouts to supplement the required textbook. This course will consist of weekly assignments and reviews.
Required Textbooks and Software:
This courses are web-based. The course website will provide the student with tutorial videos, online resources, weekly assignments, and online reviews and quizzes. All courses require that a student has a basic understanding of how to maneuver around the internet, email, and how to email attachments.

Tuition may be paid in one of three ways:
Refund Policy: There is no refund for missed classes/assignments nor for early withdrawal from course. This is due to the fact that students will have access to the course material once they have accessed the course website.

Registering for In-Studio Course:
Tuition may be paid in one of three ways:
- Full tuition: The full tuition fee and registration fee at the time of registration.
- Monthly Tuition Fee: $85.00 per month (September 1 – May 1). First month’s tuition and registration fee are due at the time of registration. Post-dated cheques are required for the remaining months - dated for the first of each month (October 1 to May 1). Tuition is prorated over a total of 9 months
- Two-payments of tuition: First payment of $382.50 at the time of registration and the second payment of $382.50 on January 1. If paying in two payments, the first half is due at the time of registration and a post-dated cheque is required for the second payment, dated January 1.
